Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must not have been washed or worn.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all original tags and packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please note: our T-shirts are made from 100% cotton and may shrink by up to half a size after repeated washes. If you are considering a return because an item feels slightly too large, please take this into account.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@raykez.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

You may return one or more items within 14 days of delivery.

All returned items are inspected by Raykez and must meet the conditions listed above. We reserve the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund where the returned item does not comply with this policy.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Size or Product Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or an equivalent product, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item meets the return conditions above.

For size exchanges, we will arrange the return shipment and handle the necessary steps at no additional cost to you.

Requests made more than 14 days after delivery may be refused.

For items purchased on sale, replacement availability is subject to stock availability at the time of your exchange request.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you have received an incorrect item, a defective product, or an item that does not match your order, please email info@raykez.com with the following information:

  • Your order number and a brief description of the issue in the email subject line. For example: ORDER NUMBER ______ – INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM

  • A clear description of the issue in the email body.

  • Clear photographs showing the defect or incorrect item.

Our customer support team will contact you within 24–48 hours to help resolve the issue.

Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery may be refused.

Exchange Delivery Times

Replacement items are generally delivered within 7–14 business days from the date the returned item is received at Raykez.

For more detailed information about your exchange, please email info@raykez.com and include your order number, full name, and return tracking number.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take some time to process and display the refund.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking link shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps before contacting us:

  • Check that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct.

  • Contact your local post office or delivery carrier to check whether the parcel was delivered there by mistake.

  • If you are unable to reach them by phone, contact the postal or delivery service by email.

Please contact the carrier before contacting us, so that you can confirm whether the issue may be related to the delivery service.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for any reduction in the value of returned goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the item.

Please ensure that items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Exclusions from This Policy

Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or defective.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Applicable Law

This Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to comply with applicable European Union consumer protection laws, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. This includes the statutory right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases.
